Unfiltered
tap water is the least popular beverage of choice today.
Why? Because, no one likes unpleasant tastes and odors
in their drinking and cooking water. From chlorine to
organics, there are many reasons why tap water just doesn't
taste good. That's why our Drinking Water Systems have
been installed in literally thousands of Houston homes.
Install a Drinking Water System and experience water the way it was meant to be...clean, refreshing and hassle free!
Pure Blue Reverse Osmosis System
Our
proprietary Pure Blue reverse osmosis system features hermetically
sealed filters, which eliminates any chance of outside filter
contamination during filter changes. The TFC (thin
film composite) membrane's production is rated at 50 gallons
per day so you will never run out of bottled water again.
Replacing the filters is a snap. Unlike most other
systems, the twist-n-lock design prevents any spilled water
during filter changes. Simply unscrew and discard.
| Membrane Rating | |
| Membrane Production | produces 50 ± 2 gallons per day |
| Membrane T.D.S. Reduction | 95% minimum |
| Incoming Water Specifications | |
| Water Pressure Range | 40-125 psi |
| Maximum Total Dissolved Solids (T.D.S.) | No more than 1500 ppm |
| Water Temperature Range | 40-85°F |
| Allowable pH Range | 5-8.5 |
| Maximum Hardness | no more than 10 grains per gallon or pre-soften |
| Maximum Iron | no more than 0.1 ppm |
| Maximum Manganese | no more than 0.05 ppm |
| Hydrogen Sulfide Restriction | hydrogen sulfide must not be present |
| Chlorine Level | 0.2-2.0 ppm |
| Bacteria Restriction | water source must be potable |
Pure Blue 2-Stage Drinking Water System
This system features two stages of filtration. The first is a 5 micron sediment pre-filter, which removes sand, sediment, rust and silt. The second stage features activated carbon, which removes chlorine, some organics and most foul odors and tastes from the water supply.
The chart below compares the filtration capabilities of both the Pure Blue 2-stage basic drinking water filter and the Pure Blue reverse osmosis system.
